Terms of Service
This policy applies to the TeeSupply Hub distributor platform and related services.
Overview
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of TeeSupply Hub, including distributor accounts, sales pages, custom T-shirt order tools, production confirmation, logistics tracking, balance management, and related services.
Platform Operator
TeeSupply Hub is operated by Xinyuan Yima Technology Limited. Address: 18/F, 20/F, 22-29/F, Chater House, 8 Connaught Road Central, Hong Kong. Support email: help@teesupplyhub.com.
Account Responsibilities
Users are responsible for keeping login credentials secure, providing accurate account information, reviewing activity in their account, and notifying support of unauthorized use or incorrect records.
Distributor Sales Pages
Distributors may create and manage sales pages to receive custom T-shirt order requests. Distributors are responsible for their sales page content, pricing presentation, customer communication, and compliance with applicable rules.
Orders and Production Confirmation
Before confirming production, distributors must review order details, customer information, product type, size, color, quantity, design files, and shipping notes. Production confirmation may deduct inventory and move the order into the production workflow.
Custom Content
Users may not upload or sell designs that are illegal, infringing, abusive, misleading, harmful, or otherwise unsuitable for production. TeeSupply Hub may reject or pause orders that violate platform rules or create operational risk.
Balance, Recharge, Withdrawal, and Membership
Recharge requests may require review before balance is credited. Withdrawals are processed through saved withdrawal details and may require review. Membership, inventory, fee, shipping, and payout rules are shown inside the platform and may be updated as the service develops.
Logistics and Delivery
Tracking information is provided based on available carrier and logistics data. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by production capacity, customs, carrier delays, destination conditions, or incorrect shipping details.
Service Availability
We may update, suspend, limit, or modify features, pages, pricing, order rules, membership benefits, payout timing, and technical systems to maintain or improve the platform.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeeSupply Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, lost-profit, or business interruption damages arising from use of the service.
